Two portals. Same inbox.

Restocks shouldn't be a phone call.

HopStock puts vendor reps and store managers in the same room. Reps see what every store is selling and send restock suggestions backed by real numbers. Managers reply from a single queue. When HQ runs a markdown, every store sees it before opening. Nothing happens in DMs, nothing gets lost in email.

How it works

From "we're running low" to PO,
in under five minutes.

No phone tag. No spreadsheets. Vendors and store managers meet in one inbox, on every SKU.

01

A rep sees a gap.

Maya opens her dashboard, notices four of her stores are under par on Hop Cap, picks a number that covers the next two weeks, types a sentence about why, and sends.

Vendor Rep · Maya Lin
02

The manager picks it up.

Devin reads Maya's pitch in his queue. The suggested 24 looks right; he accepts. If the floor was tight, he'd have changed the number or said no and given a reason.

Store Manager · D. Maru
03

The PO writes itself.

HopStock prices the order against your contract, sends Maya the PDF, and tracks it from shipped to received. Finance sees the line in NetSuite by morning.

The bit you stop thinking about
Feature · Triage queue

One queue. Four lanes. Zero spreadsheets.

Restock requests show up in priority lanes — urgent, new, pacing high, pending. Hover a card to accept the suggestion, adjust the quantity, or counter-propose. The vendor sees your answer the same second.

  • Critical-low SKUs surface to the top
  • Adjust the quantity inline; cover days recalculates
  • Each card is a thread — context never leaves the SKU
  • Denials require a reason — that data feeds vendor analytics

Feature · Markdown manager

Push a chain-wide Markdown. Acknowledge with proof.

HQ pushes the markdown once. Every store manager sees the same modal at next login: SKUs, effective date, acknowledge-by deadline. Reminders fire on a schedule until ack'd. Compliance is logged store-by-store and rolls up into your dashboard.

Feature · Hierarchy & analytics

From chain down to one SKU on one shelf.

Drill from chain to region to district to one store — without leaving the page. Tree-map sizes by revenue, colors by health. Vendor managers spot the two stores dragging the territory average before their reps do.

Granular roles. Scoped views. Auditable everything.

Store managers see their store. Districts see their district. Regional sees the region. Chain Exec sees everything — and can delegate a capability for a fixed window without copying roles around. Every cell flip is auditable; export to your SIEM.

Vendor seats are billed to the vendor. Stores never pay for vendor reps; vendors never pay for store managers.
FAQ

Questions, answered.

Still need a human? Email hi@hopstock.com or book a 20-minute call with our team.

A typical chain is live in 5–7 business days. Day 1: connect NetSuite + your e-commerce stack. Day 2–3: import store roster + vendor list. Day 4–5: pilot one banner. After that we cut over. We do the heavy lifting; your team writes one CSV.
HopStock issues POs against the same vendor contracts you already have. Nothing changes for finance — accepted requests fan out as PDFs, post to your ERP, and reconcile against terms (NET 30, NET 60, etc.) on the way out.
Both, separately. Stores pay for manager seats; vendors pay for their rep seats. Neither side subsidizes the other, and HopStock never takes a cut of the underlying transaction.
Managers pick a reason from a structured dropdown (overstocked, floor space, discontinuing, markdown pending, vendor pricing, other) and can add a note. That structured data feeds the vendor's denial-reasons log and pattern detector — so reps learn what not to push.
HQ pushes a markdown to all stores once. Each manager sees an acknowledgement modal at next login. Reminders fire every 30 minutes until ack'd, and compliance is logged store-by-store. You can require a checkbox confirmation that price tags will be updated before opening.
Yes. Every accept, adjust, deny, markdown push, role flip, and PO issued writes an immutable audit entry. Filter by user, by store, by SKU, by date. Export to S3 or your SIEM via webhook.
If you run HopCart for self-checkout, HopStock reads the same SKU catalog and surfaces sell-through from both channels (in-store + scan-and-go) into one view. You don't need HopCart to use HopStock.
Every chain looks different — banners, seat counts, ERP, vendor mix. We quote once we've walked through yours. There's a 14-day pilot before any contract, and no per-SKU billing on any plan.

Hop past the back-office.

14-day pilot. No phone tag, no fax machines, no quarterly setup. Talk to the team and we'll route you to a manager who used to run a store.
